How do I set the clock on permanent display in BMW X3?

I know that a combination ofbuttons allows the permanent display of the time in the radio display. ( I have had 3 BMW's previously) . The X3 handbook does not describe the combination.How do I set the clock on permanent display in BMW X3?Oh "clock"! To change the clock use the two buttons on your dash. You press the little button that shows the clock for a few seconds, the time will start to flash and you then press the button on the left until you get the hour you want.
