My 2001 bmw 325xi makes a clicking sound when i make right turns. Wat can that be?

I heard it could be the front axel. Dont have a clue how expensive or where is best to take my car.My 2001 bmw 325xi makes a clicking sound when i make right turns. Wat can that be?It's your right side turn signal indicator...

Seriously though, Mimi, just give it a little thought: if your kitchen sink's pipes leak, you'd call a plumber, if you develop a toothache, you'd see a dentist, if you have an electrical problem, you'd call an electrician....

Consult a repair shop that specializes in BMW. Don't know of one? Just ask the owner of any older, well-cared for BMW where they take their car for repairs. My 2001 bmw 325xi makes a clicking sound when i make right turns. Wat can that be?First down to basics:

a) since it is an xi then it is all wheel drive and thus have a front drive axle with cv joints as correctly mentioned by the previous 2 answerers.

b) since it only makes a clicking noise on right turns therefore (since a bigger portion of the car's weight shifts to the left on right turns) the problem lies in the left side front axle.

c) a bad cv joint usually makes a noise whether turning or not turning.

d) there is a bigger chance that the left front wheel bearing is bad, but also a slightly lesser chance that the left front cv joint is bad.My 2001 bmw 325xi makes a clicking sound when i make right turns. Wat can that be?i dont know much about BMWs if they are ALL rear wheel drive or all wheel drive whatnt, if its front then check your cv joints, if rear wheel you may have a bad wheel bearing. take it to the shop and have them sit in your car and listen while you drive. (make sure you get a mechanic who is somewhat clean from grease, i didnt think about it and hopped right into my tan interior truck made of cloth and sadly to this day cant get the grease out of the carpet :(My 2001 bmw 325xi makes a clicking sound when i make right turns. Ok, I'm a woman but have had experience with this. I had a Honda Civic years ago that did this (not to compare my old Honda to your BMW, lol). It is more than likely your CV joint, which is part of the axel. If you do not get the CV Joint repaired, it could lead to your axel breaking, which is expensive. Not sure how much CV joint costs for a foreign car, but mines was around $200 something dollars, plus labor. Watch those potholes!
