What do BMW owners do when they're near the closing of the manufacture warranty?

Do they keep, sell, or trade them in?

I'm considering purchasing a used 335i at around 30-40k mi warranty with a 100k mi warranty coverage. Constructive advice is welcome.

Thanks! What do BMW owners do when they're near the closing of the manufacture warranty? If you are considering a used one with 100k warranty, i assume you are talking about BMW CPO cars.

Alot of BMW owners lease their cars (3 year term) and they turn in after the term. BMW then CPOs the car if its good. I cant say what all other BMW owners do, but with newer BMWs having lots of electronics, i'd be careful to own one without warranty.

On the 335i, there's a recall on 2007-2010 models. The high pressure fuel pump is the weak link (there's a lawsuit against BMW on this). But the fuel pump is warrantied for 120k miles or 10 years i think. See if they dealer can give you a service history on the car. Another thing if considering early 2007 335i, the pre 04/2007 (build date) sports package models did not come with a oil cooler.

Good luck on your search. What do BMW owners do when they're near the closing of the manufacture warranty?Sell the Sam thing I don't care what your opinion of it's quality / reliability is. The parts are

Real expensive. Remember just cus the resell value drops it is still a 60k+$ car that has super expensive partsWhat do BMW owners do when they're near the closing of the manufacture warranty? If they can't sell them, they slash their bodies with razor blades, cry themselves to sleep, wondering why they were so stupid in buying such a defective machine.
