What is the physical difference between the BMW 745 and 750?

What are their differences? I know the insides are different, like one is more up to date than the other, but are there any differences on how they look on the outside? What is the physical difference between the BMW 745 and 750?is this the current body style?

745 is blockier, 750 softer at the corners. What is the physical difference between the BMW 745 and 750?Well, hard to answer.

The E23 745i was a turbocharged inline 6 produced in the early and mid '80's. Very powerful and fast for its day. These are quite different visually and mechanically from the next generation which includes the 750iL.

The E32 750i and iL were introduced in 1988 and is a V12 producing about 300 HP. Very smooth and very advanced for its day both the engine, aesthetics, and features. This is the car that introduced Zenon (HID) headlamps. During its run there were also i and L's as the 730 and 735 using the M30 inline 6 and the 730i and 740i using the M60 V8.

Not as much styling departure but a huge update in 1995 as the E32 was replaced by the E38 chassis. Again the 750i and iL were V12 cars with an updated version of the same engine used in the E32. A 740i variation was also available in both i and iL using the M60 and M62 V8. These are very solid, dependable cars and considered by some to be the last 'real' BMW.

In 2001 the E65 (short) and E66 (long) were introduced as a 2002 model. The V12 is now a 760 using the N73 engine while the 745 is a V8 using the N62 engine. As always the V12 car is the flagship with far more standard features but to most exterally identical. These cars abound with electronic and engineering advances and leave most contemporaty vehicles years behind. Some are put off by the styling.

In 2006 there was a facelift with minor changes in styling and some tweeking to the electronics but the car is pretty much the same.

Since there 750iL ceased to exist as a V12 after 2001 I can assume you are possibly comparing the E38 chassis V12 to the E65/E66 V8. They are two completely different cars and share the model name only (7 Series). The recent 750i is pretty much identical to the 745i with a larger V8.

If this is the model change you are refering to then the changes are pretty much cosmetic and electronic. The 750i is cleaner looking with smaller headlights, a less distinct trunk line and cleaner tail lights. Some changes to the interior as well.
