How do you export brand new bmw or mercedes benz to korea without paying the high taxes?

I have a cousin in korea that wants a new mercedes s class. however, he said there is a way around paying for the taxes in korea (which is normally 1 x the price of the car)... Does anyone know a way? he said there had been many that have done this successfully....How do you export brand new bmw or mercedes benz to korea without paying the high taxes?If they have a CKD [completely knocked down] version of the car, there will not be anymore taxes you need to pay, like the Suzuki Swift ST in my country indonesia.
