BMW's strategy is if people are willing to spend so much more to buy a BMW over a Honda, they'l also accept the much higher maint %26amp; repair costs.

Oil changes cost no more than for American cars. Aftermarket brakes would also cost the same as American cars. Remember I said aftermarket not OEM brakes and parts. Honda OEM parts are more expensive than American company cars and trucks but not as outlandishly high priced as BMW. Shop rates at a BMW dealer is higher than American dealerships.



Test me on OEM parts such as starters, alternators, radiators, transmissions at your local BMW dealership for the car you've listed. Have you read about the dependability of Mercedes, BMW Audi lately? They're now far behind Ford and GM.
