How many miles can I get out of a 2005 bmw 325 xi?

I am looking at purchasing a 2005 BMW xi with 64k miles. It has had one owner and has full service records from the dealership. It is very clean but the miles make me a little nervous. I have heard BMW's will run for 200k if maintained, just look for input. How many miles can I get out of a 2005 bmw 325 xi?If you take care of this you will get 250K + out of this car. The great thing about the 3 Series is that they are cheap to work on and parts are inexpensive as well.

You will not be disappointed at all!
