How do I get my 2000 BMW 323i's computer to stop saying "not ready" for state inspection?

My 2000 BMW 323i has repeatedly failed the state inspection because it as 4 systems that read "not ready". They told me to drive it around for around 200 miles and come back. That was a year ago. Now I have driven it over 15k miles and the computer still reads multiple systems as "not ready". Don't know what to do.
