Where you can you service a BMW in Abu Dhabi or Mustafa?

As my car is now out of warranty and maintenace is there any other reputable place to take my car other than Abu Dhabi Motors to take a BMW to be maintained as Abu Dhabi Motors are VERY expensive and find everything wrong with car. The car has only done 45,000 and so far they have quoted new engine mounts, new washer pump, fan belt, thermostat, extension tank coolant.Where you can you service a BMW in Abu Dhabi or Mustafa?Face the music, its a BMW, and since you are in the Middle East, parts have to be shipped in and that can get pricey. I am a bit surprised that engine mounts are needed at that mileage.
